  1. Yes because I want to stay healthy an I would not get fast. I eat that sometimes but I have an special diet: I always drink water, I never drink soda, I eat more vegetables than chiken or any other fatty foods, I never smoke but my weakness are the desserts like ice cream or chocolate.

  2. Yes,I think I have a healthy diet.
    Also, I have a lifestyle. Actually i don't smoke and I don't drink alcohol because when I run I get tired fast and this is terrible I alway drink water than soda and I eat more vegetables than junk food. Some foods as fish or abocado are in my diet.

  3. Yes, I do.I have a special and healthy diet. On Monday to Friday I eat well because these days I have to study at school. Also because I'm a child and in this time I have to be healthy. On the weekends sometimes I eat fast food, but my mother prefer cook at home, so I go out for fast food 2 o 3 times a month. I always drink water. My father says that: The children have to drink 8 o 9 water's glass. For that In my family everyday we drink water. I do exercises 3 times times a week. In the mornings before I go to school (Wednesday, Friday and Sathurday). I never smoke. Also I eat more vegetables than fried chicken or something like that. I drink more juices than soda.

  4. Yes I do. I consume healthy food during the day and I try to bring a peaceful lifestyle and healthy, is very important for me because it helps me to have good defenses for my pregnancy and lead an active life. In the day, I eat cereal,fruits and vegetables and, I complement with dairy such as yogurt,milk,fruit juice and much water.Sometimes I go out for dinner and I eat fast food, but is only once a month. I try eat healthier food than fast food or junk food.

  5. Yes, I think I have a good lifestyle, and I do not smoke or drink alcoholic beverages, every day I always like healthy foods and take good mineral water.
    Every time I eat grilled chicken, salchipapas, kebabs, etc.. I do it on the weekends.
    And I think I have a good lifestyle.

  6. Yes, I do. I have a healthy diet and good lifestyle because I always eat a lot of vegetables and fruits during the day.I usualy eat salads for lunch and I always eat fruit juice, yogurt and cereal for breakfast. I don't drink alcohol and I rarely drink sodas. Also, I practice Taebo at the gym twice a week.
    I think that to eat healthy food is really important to live better.

  7. Yes I do because I eat vegetables salad from monday to friday, usually in the dinner I eat fruit salad but on the weekends, I eat a little of junk food.
    I eat it from monday to friday because I need a lot of energy for the school.

  8. Yes I do . I have a healthy diet and good lifestyle because I like a lot the healthy food.Also I think is good for my body. Sometimes I eat vegetables on lunch and I eat twice a week fish and the rest of the days chicken. I eat meat only once a month.I usually eat for breakfast cereal , yogurt or milk.My mom always prepare for luch spices,too. I don't like the beans but I have to eat because my mom says that are essentials for the good development of our body.

  9. Actually, I don't have a strict diet, because I don't worry about my appearance, but my parents say that eat plenty of vegetables and drink water is very good.
    Sometimes, I eat vegetables but really I don't like much .
    Also I drink water a lot.
    I don't smoke because I don't like the cigarette. Really It's very dangerous.
    I'm not going to the gym because lately I don't have time.
    I remember a few years ago I cared more about not eating fat but now, I eat normal.
    I love the fat, but I don't eat constant.
    I think it is time to eliminate junk food because it makes me ill.
    I hope to do it.

  10. Yes,I do.When I was child ,I liked to eat junk food until one day got me colics and I was hospitalized, from there I don't eat junk food.Now I have a healthy diet.Only, I eat food made by my mother and eat few sweets, once in a while.
    On monday to friday before I go to school, I always drink milk and bread.In the afternoons, my mother makes me a healthy lunch like beans,broccoli,noodles, She tries to cut back on red meat.On the weekends, I sometimes eat fish or eat out with my family.I drink plenty of water and I don't like to smoking.

  11. Yes, I do. I have a healthy diet and a good lifestyle because I need energy to study from monday to friday. I always eat vegetables and fruits like bannana, onions, oranges, etc. Also I eat fried fish but just once a week and I like red meat. I hardly ever eat out in restaurants because I prefer eat at home. I don't like the cigarette because I know that it's so dangerous and I do exercise everyday because I like it and it's healthy.

  12. Yes I do. I have a healthy diet not only me but my entire family, usually not missing at breakfast milk and serial, to always eat lunch salad with a meal, the salad must have minimum 3 colors that said the doctor, "the colors are the vitamins" in the lunch we eat yogurt or fruit . In my oponion all people should have a healthy diet for not having health complications.
    I do not drink, do not smoke, once a week as junk food but if I exercise.

Yes, I do because everyone has to take care of your body but sometimes you have to give some tastes for example y eat junk food once a week but also I have to do exercises because I have to have balance in my body, in my life and my health. To take care of my body y do exercises, i play soccer, i don´t drink beer snd y don´t smoke

  15. Yes, I do. I have a healthy diet by my sister because she
    I said I needed to have a healthy life because I am growing, from there I started have a lifestyle two years ago.
    I like eat many different fruits like apples oranges bananas among other. I always drink three bottles of water a day. I eat fish in my lunch every saturday. I exercise weekends with my sister in the morning. I love the junk food, but I don't eat every day. I never smoke because It is bad.

  16. Yes,i do. Because I always have breakfast due to the fact that I think it is an important meal. I have fruit salad for breakfast and sometimes I drink a cup of tea. After that, I eat different dishes for lunch but I never stay home on sundays, so I eat a healthy food outside. I do exercises everyday from 5 a.m. to 6 :30 a.m. I often run around parks and then I take a break for 15 minutes. Later, I continued my routine. At nights, I relax. For instance I do breathing exercises before sleep for 10 minutes everyday. I think, we should eat healthy food and do exercises to have a healthy lifestyle.

Yes, I think so. because since childhood my parents have recommended a balanced diet, for example, my mom says I should daily take approximately one liter of water, and before every meal I usually do, like my lunch with salads accompany. in my breakfast before going to school like a fruit salad and a glass of milk to have the necessary energy to study. by week 3 or 4 times as stews and twice a week I exercise. but also as junk food 2 or 3 times a month. Because I Care my diet and because I pay in my daily duties.

  18. yes , i think that i have a healthy diet, bacause i don't like the junk food so much i prefer healthy food like salad fruit , drink water , etc... i do excersise twice a week in the park near to my house . i think that the natural food is better than the others because this food has a lot of benefits and proteins and i put this food in my diet because natural food protect me against dangeous diseases.-----patricia aquino vasquez

  19. Yes, I think that have a healthy diet and lifestyle is very important. Because my mom says that always I must eat healthy food. Usually I don't eat hamburguers, soda, and other fast foods. Often I like the fruits because are very healthy. I like my lunch with vegetables accompany. All the mornings I like drink milk and orange juice and eat cheese. In the afternoon I like drink water. I practice sports with my friends. I play soccer and voleyball. Sometimes I do yoga. That is very importante for me.
