  1. Tips to lose weight
    1. - My mother advised my older brother to stop eating dishes which contains fried food, at least for a couple of months. This way he can lose weight rapidly. The important thing is not to eat this kind of food again.
    2. - The doctor exhorted my friend to swim one hour every day for at least six months. The doctor said that due to the high weight of my friend the best option to exercise was swimming. "When we swim our articulations does not suffer" said the doctor.
    3. - My sister recommended me to eat just light food in nights to lose weight. She said that my body did not need eat in nights. You don´t spend as much calories as you consume" She told me.

  2. Tips on stopping smoking:
    If a smoker has been realized and has decided to stop smoking, you can consider the following tips:

    1. Some doctors said to sleep well, it helps relax and restore the tension that produces the urge to smoke. If you have trouble sleeping, you will do for example try to walk a couple of hours before bed, take a hot bath, so that it reduces stress.
    2. Doctors also said to drink water and eat healthly, it would help to eliminate toxins and feel much better.
    3. A friend said to exercise regularly is also good because it keeps your mind busy and doesn't give time to think in cigarrettes. It is advisable to start an exercise program appropriate to their age and fitness.

    Following these tips could live more years and would be less likely that will suffer a heart attack.

  3. tips in how to not to get stress and heath problems

    My best friend who is a doctor said that best medicine for stress is dancing, because it's a complete exercise for your mind and body and even will help you to lose weight you'll keep yourself healthy without taking so many medicines.

    my brother said that swimming helps people and having heart attack, because this sport help your heart to be in continued activity because you are using your arms that are near to your heart this way you wiil lose fat around the heart.

    my mother said not to eat before going to bed, beacuse if you do that, you will have problems to sleep ,if you lie down with the stomach full is not healthy and you will not be able to sleep.this way also your heart will got the repose that needed as well.


    so following these simples but importants tips you will be in better physically and mentally.

  5. some tips for saving money:

    * My teacher from my university said to spend less. It means being aware how we spend our money, and always look for ways to spend less or, in any case, stop spending money on some things.

    * My dad always tells me to use than necessary. Consume fewer products or services such as turning off the lights we do not need, buying energy saving light bulbs, turning off the television or computer when we are not using.

    * A friend advised me not to have debts. We should buy after getting the money, not buy and then get it. Avoid using credit cards constantly, only in emergency cases and also if it have lower costs.

    * I found a website. It said to make personal budget. Where we indicate future revenues and expenses that we will have in the month, and the difference between them. Identify areas in which we are spending too much, or those in which they could reduce costs.

  6. they 're three tips for losing weight
    1. My dad said to eat healthy food. You need stop to eat fast food all the time and start to eat more fruit or vegetables. It's good for your health.

    2. I talked with a doctor the last week and he told me to do exercise 1 or 2 times on the day because it's good for your heart. For example you can walk or run around the park, also you can play some sports with your friends, etc.

    3.My brohter advised me to fell good with your body. It's important beacuse it can give you a lot of problems for example the bulimia and other Psychological problems.
